Founder’s Note

This started as a personal pursuit –
trying to understand why I wasn’t as physically strong or capable as I felt I should be.

My motivation was a burning desire to align my physical strength with my self-image.
Through trial, research, and refinement, that desire became an obsession.

And it finally brought my performance in line with how I saw myself.

Not just in training – but in how I moved through the world, and how the world responded to me..
